Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) recently announced that it will adjust the port calls of the Far East - US Northwest route Chinook and the Far East - US route Santana to improve transit time and on - time performance.

Starting from July 15, with the UK328A voyage of the MSC DAMNA departing from Yantian Port, the port calls of the Chinook route will be adjusted. The new port rotation sequence is: Yantian - Shanghai - Qingdao - Busan - Vancouver - Seattle - Portland - Yantian.

The port rotation adjustment for the Santana route will commence from the UX326X voyage of the MSC VILDAX. The new port rotation sequence is: Haiphong - Shanghai - Ningbo - Busan - Manzanillo - Cristobal - Caucedo - Everglades Port - Baltimore - Lazaro Cardenas - Haiphong.
