Reason for Investigation The petitioner alleges that the related products exported, imported, and sold by the U.S. violate Section 337 of the U.S. Tariff Act, specifically infringing U.S. registered patents No. 7,151,430, 9,509,273, 9,313,178, 11,122,313, and 10,972,654. Therefore, the petitioner requests the U.S. ITC to issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
